Installations, estate handovers, post-restoration installs.
Most of what we wash and restore for the trade arrives one of three ways — as part of a full residential install, as an estate handover where every piece passes through the atelier before the property is closed out, or as a post-restoration install where a designer is fitting an antique back into a renovated room. Each of these has its own clock, its own discretion requirements, and its own paperwork. We handle them differently.

Send a project brief by phone, email, or through the form. Include the count of pieces, approximate values, project location, and any install date constraints. We respond within one business day.
Account manager assigned.
Your account manager confirms the scope, walks through the trade pricing for the project, and arranges a pickup window. From this point onward every communication routes through one person.
Pickup scheduled.
Discreet pickup at the time and location you specify. Our team wraps, logs, and transports each piece to the nearest atelier. Condition reports issued within 48 hours of arrival.
Return on your timeline.
Hand-washed, restored, and finished on the schedule agreed at intake. Returned wrapped, hand-placed in the receiving room, with the completion photo report archived against your account.
