The Hamptons hold two kinds of Persians at once. South of the highway in the great oceanfront estates — Further Lane, Lily Pond, Meadow Lane in Southampton — workshop Tabriz and antique Kashan sit on formal floors that breathe salt air. North of the highway in the village colonials, the Springs cottages, the Bridgehampton farmhouses, and the Sag Harbor capes, heirloom Sarouk and Heriz hold the foot traffic of three-generation summer houses.
Every Persian we accept from a Hamptons address is dye-tested, washed individually with pH-balanced soap, and dried flat in our Westchester atelier. Summer-traffic pieces get a full pile reset; oceanfront rugs get a slow dehumidification protocol; off-season storage clients hand their rugs to us in October and we return them before Memorial Day. Silk Persians are washed alone, never alongside wool.

Every Persian is inspected and every color dye-tested before water touches the rug. Antique Tabriz, Kashan, Heriz, and Sarouk are washed individually with pH-balanced soap and temperature-controlled water — never in a batch, never on a machine.
Dried flat, returned to your house.
Dried flat on slatted frames — never tumbled, never hung. Hand-finished, wrapped, and returned to your Hamptons house in better condition than the day it left. Off-season storage prep available.
